What happened to the discussion boards and blog?
I have used the same Internet service provider for five years. When it came time to renew my service for the coming year, I switched to an "upgrade" package with more disk space and bandwidth. Little did I know that my ISP would be so careless in changing my service that they would wipe out several of my files and installed programs. I had backed the web pages and poscasts, but I hadn't backed up the files produced by the message boards and blog. When I called tech support, I got the message that (and I'm quoting) "some times these things just happen. Needless to say I canceled my service that day and signed up with a different ISP.
